Harmonious Symbiosis
meditations

"Symbiosis" means "living together", it also means "relationship of mutual benefit or dependence." Since the beginning of time we humans have sought ways to achieve living harmoniously with each other, with the elements of nature around us as well as our inner world. As strange as it may seem even when we fight each other using extreme cruelty our ultimate goal is harmony and peace.

To achieve harmonious symbiosis and peace we will have to re-examine our fundamental beliefs about life. That is, what we believe about how we relate with life, our fellow humans, the nature around us and our inner nature.

Do we believe that life has limitations? Do we believe that our deeper inner nature is based on good or evil? Do we believe that we are separated from our fellow humans, animals, plants and the other elements of nature or in essence a unity and interconnectedness exists among all things that is beyond any analysis or explanation? Do we believe there is enough for everyone?

This is the time to examine deeper these questions and to make the choice to believe that we are able to create a more functional society where everyone will have equal opportunity to evolve in life and where we will be living peacefully with one another and in harmony with Mother Earth.

The music in this album was created to help us to relax and meditate upon the concepts of harmonious symbiosis.

The album consists of three musical pieces (meditations) of 25 minutes duration each, from which the last about 5 minutes is silence.
